OK so no matter what i do i cant get Jack and Miranda to play nice. my paragon is at about 92-93% as seen here. at the end of jack mission i do get her paragon blue text option and she lets that guy go, but right after i cant get the paragon option for Jack and Miranda to get along.

i don't know if this is a bug or if i did something wrong. i'm at a loss with it just want some feed back if any
has the same issue or know what i'm not doing right. this is also my 3rd run with the game and never got them to play nice after jacks mission.

This seems to be a bug with some persuade options when playing a NG+. I don't have a link, but I saw a bigger thread the other day with people discussing the details. Do a search for it.

You evolved the class skill and took the +100% persuasion bonus?

I was able to get the persuade option in my first playthrough of the game, but by then I had a full Paragon bar and the 100% bonus from class skill.

Where do you get the +100% persuasion bonus?

When you take the last, 4-point level in your class talent. One option will give you a full +100% persuasion bonus, rather than the +70% you get from the 3-point level. You have to take that option though; if you take the combat-focused evolution you stick with the 70% bonus.

Yes i did

That does sound like a bug then, unless the persuasion requirement is a full 200%.

No such thing as 200%. The bonus from the skill is already reflected in the meter. It goes up instantly as soon as you put a point in the skill.

i had the exact same problem, however i appeared to of fixed it, out of 4 playthroughs i did 2 where i did miranda's mission first and two where i did jacks first, every other variable i kept the same the best i could, which was pritty damn close trust me. Anyhow the two playthroughs where i did Miranda's mission first no matter my paragon level i wasnt able to resolve the arguument between the pair, however when i did jacks mission first i was able to select the paragon option from the wheel and finish it peacefully and retain both their loyalties/ romances ect. ect and you dont even need that much paragon, i've done it with about half of the max paragon you can have and its worked fine on both occasions. The only thing i i can say is to do jacks mission first and then miranda's, this apperas to be the only way to 'fix' this apparent bug. Anyway i hope this helps you guys :)

I've put this in other threads but I'll put it in here as well. The fights between miranda and jack and the fights between legion and tali are two of the hardest persuades in the game. Not everyone's going to get them and you most certainly need full paragon or renegade to do it. To make it even more difficult one fight is easier to renegade and one fight is easier to paragon. If you see anyone else asking about this please tell them as much. Thanks a bunch guys. :)

So, do this immediately after Jack request for the loyalty mission will solve this problem, right?

Lucky me that I had enough Renegade to resolve the situation between Miranda and Jack, then, since I was primarily going for Paragon.

Right, now I can verify that as long as you finish the 2's loyalty mission the earliest possible, you can make that paragon/renegade choice during the "cat-fight".
