The way they reproduce might be the same or close to the way Humans do, I doubt Femshepard and Garrus would have been able to do anything if Garrus didn't have a.. you know what.
I think that what Garrus tried to do to Shepard was probably something like this.

The devs have already said that male and female Turian don't share the same model. So it's safe to say they don't look completly the same. Thet were going to go that route, but change their minds. I for one love the pic posted in this thread. Looks just like a pictured a female Turian would look.Mondo47 wrote...
Would be interesting if Turian females expressed some unexpected sexual dimorphism (that took them outside the boundaries of human feminine ideals... something that might explain why we never see them (perhaps they're larger, or more heavily built, which precludes them moving easily around the Citadel, or at the other end of the spectrum they're small and fragile). Or we just can't tell the difference externally (someone gives you two turtles, unless you know a little about reptiles, sexing them is raaather difficult) - right down to the voices even sounding masculine across the board.
Also going to keep posting this in hopes the devs will do it, Female Turian for a squad mate in ME3.

I sure hope they finally show us female Salarians and Turians in ME3. I can see leaving out female Batarians and Krogan and so forth...but Salarians and Turians are two of the most important species in ME.
Female Salarians are all back home as they're so rare. It was in the Salarian codex entries in the first game.

I can see the Female turians looking like that. I guess it all boils down to what the ME3 artists think looks right, though.
I wont be romancing any Turian Female squadmate we happen to get, though. I love me some tali.

I like it, but there does seem to be some evidence of breasts, which I'm not sure I like. I don't think Turians should have mammary glands. Otherwise a good way of making a feminine turian.
Well turian males have huge chests.
