ah, my 3rd playthrough and my first discussion as to what i think...

the game play is tighter and the graphics top notch, although it does get a little glitchy on the final mission...the animations are jumpy at best. anyone else have ths problem?

i hate the illusive man. hate, hate, red hot burning cauldron of hate hate the illusive man. so smug. what an ****.  i want to go up to him and smack him and tell him he is a first class **** h--- and tell him his son is a pill-popping, coke snorting, wife beater! that would get a rise out of him!  is it me, or does it seem he set shepard up from the beginning, he sent the collector ship to get shep? i dunno...

i hate the husks too.  too much like the annoying flood in the halo series.  freaking annoying. really, whats the point? are they just plot fillers or something?

that harbinger was an **** too. his voice just irritated me, made me want even more to take him down!

i have read a lot about the tali face issue.  it would appear even split between those who want and do not want to see her face.  i say, have an option in ME3 or any DLC to see or not to see the face.  simple. like the paragon/renegade choices.

some people seem to blame EA for the lack of gay romances.  not so it would seem since Dragon Age has them.  my guess is been there done that with this franchise.  it would have been nice to continue the narrative with those romances openly being explored.  who knows what will happen in the future.  i do find it a little cheeky they "do it" with their undies on, not even an artistic glimpse or hint of nudity. maybe for the better. i dunno.

fun game over all, a little short.  imho, better than MW2 and on par with ODST. (although, ODST was not a true sequel, more an expansion of H2) MW2 just did not really bring anything new to the franchise. ok, getting off topic...ME2 expanded and improved on the original.  New characters, weapons, abilities, enemies...all around refreshing game. good job!
