No escort = Entire crew dies, including Chakwas.

Really? I always thought it was more Renegade just to yell at Mr. Bhatia and have Bosker keep the corpse.

I´ve the exp-bonus for playing the game again after beating it once and i began ME2 with lvl 3 because i was lvl 50+ in ME1. Is it still not possible in one playthrough?

I thought about it, i want the crew to survive . A empty ship doesn´t look that nice ^^

This is tough one, not sure if this will work, but the crew is alive:

All 11 loyalty missions done for 100% completion. Normal recruitment order.

Final Survivors: Shepard, Joker, Jack, Morinth (Crew DEAD)
-----------------

Loyals: Jack, Grunt, Garrus, Mordin, Legion, Thane, Jacob, Morinth
Non-loyals: Miranda, Tali
Normandy Upgrades: Normandy Armor (to save Jack)

-IMPORTANT: Do NOT recruit Zaeed until after the Omega-4 relay mission, avoid him at all costs
-Side with Jack during the Miranda/Jack fight
-Side with Legion during the Tali/Legion fight
-Take Tali and Legion with you to fight the Oculus (Thane and Garrus die)
-After Omega-4, recruit Zaeed and kill him off in his loyalty mission

Vents - Jacob (dies)
Fire Team Leader - Any
Biotic - Miranda (bring Grunt and Tali, make sure Grunt dies)
Second Fire Team Leader - Legion (dies)
Final boss squadmates - Miranda and Tali (both die)
Distraction Team - Jack, Morinth, Mordin (only Mordin should die, I hope)

Deaths:
Thane - No Shield Upgrade, incinerated
Garrus - No Weapon Upgrade, impaled
Jacob - Rocket to the face
Grunt - Taken by seeker swarm
Legion - Shot while closing second door
Mordin - Died holding the line
Miranda - Died at final boss
Tali - Died at final boss
Zaeed - Left him to die in the fire he started

I would honestly think keeping Zaeed alive and letting Thane die would likely be a 'better' total negative outcome. Being a mercenary and a DLC mercenary at that, you can rest assured you'll have very little contact with him at all. Thane still potentially has a cure and/or very little time left for ME3. Still, I couldn't do this. I empathize too much with these artificial characters.

Does killing the hostage yourself, and throwing Thane's son in jail consider "failing" the quest so that Thane is not loyal? That's what I'm hoping.

This is pretty awesome in a sad, sick sort of way.

So is the plan to redeem yourself from rock bottom or to acheive the loneliest, most tragic, Shakespeare-style ending you can in ME 3?

Also, currently I'm running my playthrough where I kill all the aliens. I think whenever I do my next (my soldier) I shall kill all the humans. He'll be a big old alien lover. Killing the humans should be pretty easy though.



Jack - no ship upgrade

Jacob - vents

Zaheed - 2nd time around fire unit

Miranda - take to final boss



Pretty much means I can for sure do all their loyalty missions, and just have to side with Jack so Miranda isn't loyal.



This really has me intrigued now. Haha.

It still counts as a good solution.

Only way to lose Thane's loyalty is to lose track of the politician.

You can threat Bosker and get renegade points with body released.

My gawd, i have a perfect Shepard basically opposite to this. I should try this though, i have a ME1 character who i haven't imported yet, since you can't really be space racist in this game. But i have basically everyone that can be killed in ME1 killed, never recruited Garrus, waited until after Virmire to recruit Liara, no romance etc.

Whilst if you don't recruit Wrex he still ends up dead even though he is listed as surviving Virmire, the consensus for this is because he never joined shepherd's party he never went back to tuchanka and thus eventually died whilst still being a bounty hunter.
