Hello everyone,

i just installed the CE and i got all of the downloadable content but  one: the stone prisoner.

It also doesn't show up http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php but i redeemed the code.

Redeeming the code of the blood-dragon armor worked. Also buying and downloading wardens keep worked fine.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I just saw that there is an "empty" entry on the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page.
It has no text and no image, only some kind of a placeholder for the image. Maybe that should be the stone prisoner.
EDIT: i am running DA:O with administrator rights.

This is so annoying, and with Mass Effect 2 it will start all over again...

After alot of trouble (on my silly part) i finaly got my code (which my mail did not contain) to work on my account on the web.

But for some reason the game won't show me the content that i have now rights to get.



Was talking to support for a very very long time, he showed me this and that which i had allready done as i didn't get the promo key, he then did it manualy for me on my account so it shows now, but i can't for my life seem to download it in the game.....



At this moment i have no clue what to do, the support dude gave up on me and sent a mail to some higher up people about my problem.



I have the same account on the game as i have for the code which is operative now but it still won't show ingame...

Step 3.2.1. worked for me, I had the game running and after i have done step 3.2.1 the DLC downloaded and installed it on my system.

Thanks for the reply, but thats not the problem.

I already installed some DLC (Blood Dragon Armor for example) so it seems to be a specific Stone Prisoner Problem.

The missing entry in the user_entitlements page: (as you can see, the other dlc was installed properly)

  I was getting the issue of not being able to download the content for Shale and Warden's Keep after redeeming/purchasing.  Also, I was unable to use the Memory Ring/Feral Fang Neck saying they were unauthorized on my account.  I checked the suggestion above to see if the Content Downloader was in services.msc, it was but it was disabled...I went in and activated it and everything started working smoothly.  I would do the same if this sounds like your problem.

I contacted EA, no reply until now.

I will keep you informed.

It would be helpful if everyone having this exact problem would contact EA so they realize it is not an singular case.

Not the rings, not the armor, no nothing..

Kinda irritating when i went through the trouble getting the pack which would give me this instead of a normal package.

The only thing i have is the mp3 and some wallpapers, the rest is left out.

If you can't download any DLC at all, then you have another problem -> in this thread the only dlc which has problems is "the stone prisoner" the rest is all right for us.

Until now EA only comes up with the Tipps from the FAQ-Thread of this forum.

Not very helpful...

Seems i will have to call them by phone.

ALthough it bugs me, that i have to pay for that.

In the end this will possibly cost more than simply buying the DLC again.

payed 475,- NOK for this tho i could get it for 300,- something.

Yea, might have to call them as this doesn't work.

I've dissabled all firewalls and anti-vir.

I've looked on my rooter and everything seems fine and dandy there and still my stuff won't show up ingame tho it states on my account that i have the upgrades or what you want to call it.....

Hmm..







Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER



Go through your list of services, look for Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater. Does it exist and is it "Started?"





See if that has anything to do with it, if it does i'm am not to be credited for it...
