hey, i need to find a bone finger to get into jarvias hide out and kill her. been running around this city for like 2 hours and cant find it. remember one instance where i told some carta guys to beat it instead of killing them, kicking myself over it now. any suggestions?

all the way in the back of dust town is a door leading to a small home (there is a beggar standing close to the door). if you enter before you have the quest for the bone finger it's empty (except a little loot), however when you enter with that quest you encounter some thugs, the leader of whom has the bone finger.
