I contacted your company via telephone this afternoon requesting an email address to direct my concerns as to the quality of your company's Playstation 3 version of BioWare's Dragon Age: Origins.
Due to a lack of appropriate technical support/ communication provided by both the official Electronic Arts support Web page and BioWare's official community support pages I turn to your company.
I purchased Dragon Age: Origins upon release in November. I have been deeply dissatisfied with the technical performance of this title on my PS3. Many others have encountered similar issues and experienced the same level of dissatisfaction with their copy, not only on the Ps3, but on the Xbox-360 as well. My main issue is with the sub-standard frame rate at which this game operates, causing a very uneven and choppy visual experience when playing Dragon Age: Origins on the PS3. Other issues involving both game play and technical performance are persistent in the game, as evidenced by the many experiences shared by users on the BioWare Dragon Age: Origins community web site.
I have sought redress from both EA and BioWare via their official websites, and neither company has provided satisfactory explanation of these issues, or a timetable for fixes or patches. Perhaps your company could provide some assurance as to either the timetable to expect a fix patch, or some explanation as to why your product does not perform to a satisfactory level on the platform for which it was hand crafted for.
