ive enterd the code, and the code worked, but everytime i go to download it, it says "cant retrieve info from xboxlive" but yet the shale one and the Return to Ostagar will pop up, can anyone help? i am getting really annoyed with this, ive tried restarting my xbox and nothing, even when i go into my Download History it doesnt even show up. ive tried entering the code again but it says i have an invalid key.

I kind of have the same problem. I can't download "The Stone Prisoner," "Blood Dragon Plate" nor the CE stuff. I only get:

"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later.

Status Code: 800700e8"

Free_D, I get the exact same problem. Also, Warden's Keep isn't visible as an option, and it was before I tried downloading the Stone Prisoner after redeeming it in-game.

I redeemed the stone prisoner code earlier and now i cannot download it.

It just tells me

"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later.

Status Code: 800700e8"

It seems multiple people are encountering this error so is there a chance someone could do something about it please?

I have the same issue, I'm really hoping this gets fixed since I bought this game new for the Blood Dragon Plate for DA and ME2

Having same issue with Stone Prisoner code.  Also, warden's keep dlc not showing up in the "in-game" dlc menu.

I have the same problem too, neither the stone prisoner and dragon blood armor DLC download work on my x360...

 I too am recieving the "cannot retrieve information from xbox live. please try again later. status code: 80070e8". Ive noticed from other forums that this occurs many times with DLC content. Does anyone know if its a faulty connection on bioware's side or if its xbox live acting up?

BTW i successfully downloaded the "Feral Wolf Charm" and the "Memory Band" yesterday but received the error when attempting to download "Blood Dragon Armor" and "The Stone Prisoner"

I'm having this issue too, my wife's "new" ea account was able to download Shale, (and after it had downloaded appeared correctly in my profile). The code for the dragon armour correctly verified against my "existing" ea account and appears as "purchased" but when I click download i get error code: 800700e8

yep me to 60 bucks for "free dlc " and i cant even get the dlc error code: 800700e8
both  of them will not work

having same issue with Shale, Armor and the amulet from the flash game. all are "Purchased", I bought Wardens on New Years day and that worked and says "downloaded". If i try and purchase the Return to Os... DLC it works just fine, but i refuse to pay for something when I already have forked out the money for the game and an expansion and it does not work correctly. I have posted on the xbox forums also and have found over internet searches this Status code is on A LOT if not ALL EA games recently. EA, you are a big enough company that you should not be having server issues. I have been a faithful user of Biowares products for years and support them as ferverently as i do Ubisoft but if this continues I will not be buying another Bioware/EA game again which saddens me because I was looking forward to the new Knights MMO.



I first realized i didnt have the content that I had "Purchased" at about 4pm PST.

yup same problem, on the dlc page inside DA it says purchased but then when i click on it it says "can't connect to xbox live.

as someone said earlier about buying it firsthand to get the codes, its the same with me so when i got home last night i entered the code and it said this message so i tried a few more times then left it and went back on modern warfare then when i came on it this morning about 12 hours later its still telling me to try later i mean WTH we paid for this it should be available 24:7

Exact same problem here, just bought the game and while I've got The Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Plate listed as "purchased" in the in-game DLC menu, any attempt to download either results in the error mentioned above.

Same thing as everyone, but it's weirder since i bought and redeem the codes for blood dragon armor and stone prisoner a few days ago, downloaded them right away, and i could see warden keep there too for purchase, but the armor never appeared for my first character, neither for a character i've created right now. It's showing as purchased and in the redeem codes in my profile, so...

I'm having the same problem, just got a new copy of the game with the codes and can't get Stone Prisoner and armor because of status code 800700e8. Never had problems with DLC before, got RTO and Wardens Keep. Is this supposed to be a server problem?
