Seeing other posts while I was typing this - as I was able to download the ME2 Dragon Armour, how can it be:-
1. My modem
2. My ISP
3. My Xbox
Also as people are able to purchase downloadable DLC, that sounds like some issue with EA / Xbox Live - I'd guess at something like Xbox Live are not allowing the download because EA's codes are not gelling with MS Live properly...?

I already own ME2, and bought DA:O in the store because of the free DLC listed on the back of the box. I entered the 2 codes using the EA Redeem Code function and they are both showing as "Purchased", but as soon as I try and download either, I am also getting 800700e8
Xbox Live retails the Stone Prisoner at 1200 MS points, and says check your copy for a redeem code before purchasing
Interestingly, I have been able to download my Dragon Armour in ME2 though, and I notice the Dragon Armour is actually listed as being "Free" on Xbox Live if you browse the Dowloads section on Live
I have reboot the Xbox, registered the game on the PC with EA just in case it's an anti piracy thing, then reboot the Xbox again, still nothing and it's been a good 6 hours since I initially tried the Stone Prisoner DLC code

April 30th is the expiration date in US too, and everywhere else probably. The dragon blood armor that you see on xbl marketplace is a video, not the armor itself. I'm just hoping that I don't miss out on getting the armor because of this issue and having my codes expire.
From recent personal experience, and from reading what all of you have said in this thread and from other threads, my faith in Bioware and EA has gone down dramatically in the last 24 hours. I'm questioning if I should even buy any more Bioware products....
