Unable to redeem Cerberus code

I have tried inputting the code with/without dashes, with/without CAPS and combos of the two. On the website it says "Unable to redeem code. Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly."

From the ingame activation, it just keeps saying connection interrupted or timed out. Been trying all day with no luck.

Any ideas?

I'm in the exact same boat as you, jeraal123. The thing is it won't even allow me to redeem the bonus Collector Armour and AR that came with the collector's edition. The only piece of code that managed to get through was the Terminus Armour promotional code from EB Games... I guess I'll just have to do some more forum searching in hopes of finding something that addresses this problem.

Have you guys purchased the collector's edition by chance? Because apparently certain CE's have some sort of faulty Cerberus Activation cards.

Also, I pulled this little bit from the EA support site:

Why isn't my Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2 granting me access to the Cerberus Network?
We apologize for the inconvenience, however a limited number of the
Cerberus Network cards included with the Collector's Edition were
inadvertently printed with the download code for the Collector Gear
rather than the Cerberus codes.
The studio is currently working on a solution that will grant
Cerberus Network access to anyone who redeems the Collector's Edition
code moving forward. This solution includes a script that will
retraocatively grant Cerberus Network access to those who have already
activated their Collector's Edition code.


As for the Cerberus connection timing out, there doesn't seem to be a fix at this point in time.  :pinched:

does anyone know if that fix is up yet? I bought ME 2 this week and I want to get this ball rolling before playing (feb 11th, to be precise)

I bought the collector's edition yesterday, and I am having the exact same problem. None of the promo codes work, and I cannot connect to the Cerberus Network.

Hey guys, just to let you know, that yesterday I opened a ticket in EA Support and in 24 hours they fixed all problems.
