Coming up four years now.  Barely even have my accent anymore, bar the odd couple of things.  Which is good in that I don't get too much crap about it over here anymore.  E.g. "Hah!  You said 'sux' ... say seven!"  "Uh...sivin"  "Ahahaha... now say sex"  "... Six..."  "Ahahahaha" etc.  Gets a bit old. :lol:  But it's bad in that when I go home everyone teases me for sounding like an Aussie... I can't win, I tells ya!

Speaking of an Aussie....I am taking German currently, ok? And my German teacher was actually born in Australia, but then moved to Germany for lots and lots of years. The I believe she spent time in France before coming over to the US....so, when she speaks German it has a strong Australian accent and she also like to ramble in French, again, she sounds Australian very much so. It's really interesting to listen to...

A dump truck ran me off the road and into the Ocoee River. The car flipped, rolled twice, and landed upside down in knee deep water. The passenger side wheel snapped completely off the car- the driver side window broke and I crawled out. Nearby campers helped me to safety, the truck driver did not stick around. My injuries? A smiley face cut on my left forearm.

The state trooper that was called to the scene actually wrote me a ticket- failure to control vehicle. This person did not even get out of his squad car to look for the tire tracks from the truck jake braking. Only got out to search MY car for drugs/alcohol. To this day, I believe he knows who did it. He did not appear at the court for the hearing. Wednesday marks the one year anniversary of that night.

no idea,I have never said pone thing to him and I ignor his jabs for the most part,now I'll take it to a higher authority,one person has already learned the hard way I have no problems making it two!

Not really. I don't see why Lilith doesn't just press the "block" button instead of being like this, because it exists for a reason.

Interesting fact: I got Divine Divinity for £1.67 in the Impulse sale :D

As much as I want to see this thread keep going, I'm not certain someone can get in trouble for internet name calling. Could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time and it won't be the last) but my past forum experience has taught otherwise.
