Why? Dita is gorgeous sure, but not the kind of lady I´d have a nice conversation with. You´re gourgeus too and you´re still in my "list of amazing human beings I´d like to see and talk to some day" while she is not.

I do, I usually have a very strict diet to keep my body looking like it does, but chocolate is one of the few things I actualy will break my diet for. So yes I am as bad as most women when it comes to a really really good chocolate.

I come from the country of olive oil, so butter feels kind of "barbaric" to me. Thus, chocolate sounds far, far better. Plus I prepare a spiced one that tastes quite well too.

To reduce the caloric amount of it you can use dark one and sweeten it with honey, cinnamon and so on instead of sugar.

I worked in a confectionary. Cacao-butter is the essence of a good Chocolate!  :Pyummy:P

organic honey,unfiltered and unprocessed is all I eat. Sweeter than processed by far and totally different taste, kinda like me in a way.

Yeah... well... for some small homemade "brew" its nice.
But when you make this in BIG portions....

Also you have already enough sweet in high quality and low quality chocolate/couverture (or even in the glorius french Valrhona ).
The difference in the quality is mainly the amount per cent of Cacao-butter; it makes the whole really flow down your throat like honey
