The thing is that I think "what if" something happens, and the last moments I shared with the person were moments of anger and not love. I also think it is the reason I always go in, kiss my girls and tell them I love them before I go to sleep.

Yeah, I get a lot of hypotheticals running through my head to...it's annoying.

Luckily I have my MP3 player and music seems to help set my mind at ease...even though the music is thrasher speed metal Posted Image

Hehe...the only thing that really moves is my head. At times I find myself bobbing it forwards and back. If I would ever get really bad and have it do that all the time it would just look like I'm walking around shaking my head agreeing with everyone...even if they didn't say anything, lol. Now that I think about it I would rather have restless leg syndrome than that...

Whenever I am angry, problem-stricken or if I just feel uneasy I grab my dumbbells and weights and work the shiat out of me. After 1.5 hours a cold shower and I am ready for a long deep nap.
Helps a lot, you do something for your body and in return you can sleep like a baby even with troubles on your mind. Growing muscles is a nice side effect too.
You wont have the energy left to be angry after a nice and hard workout.
