In contrast with others here, I don't move at all when I sleep. I have had people check my pulse to make sure I was alive on multiple occasions. I have horrible insomnia and toss and turn a lot while trying to get to sleep, but once there all movement stops.

Nah! My Bhaal-Bro was a nice employer, with health-ensurance, tax reduction etc.
So i got my status changed to Chaotic Good

Hasnt changed the fact, that i still lacerate my enemies with whopping 200+ damage attacks

I can make ''cracking'' sounds with my neck every 15 minutes or so. But I don't do that anymore since I've got a blackout for a second last time.

I can crack my neck way more frequently. And it's LOUD.

I need too recharge my neck and it takes about 15 minutes.  

But since I blacked out I think its not very healthy to do it, maybe it can damage the nerve cords in my spine?

I´d tell you that sex is the best way to relax before sleeping, but I understant that is not always avalible.

I have some homecollected one over here I use for teriyaki and other culinary purposes but I´d gladly spare some for you.

...Now you're scaring me.

I think too much movement could lead nerve cords to ''entangle'' or ''squish'' between the vertebra (Sp?). 
I am also afraid of loosening my neck, but what do I know, I am  no doctor. I just don't think its a good idea.

Being that a possibility, not a fact, I wouldn´t discard it. Plus your have a teddy bear and speak a Spanish as awesome as mine.
