At one time, my friend and I tied our bikes together. (Why? Well, we were idiotic seven year olds.) We decided that we needed to ride down the steepest hill in the neighborhood. (Yes, very, very stupid). Now, we actually get through that part unscathed. No, it isn't until we try to turn a corner that the sh!t hits the proverbial fan. He had to break sharp, causing my bike to spin out of control. I face planted on the curb, and slid some distance after that. My gums turned totally black, I had long gashes on my arms and legs, my nose was bleeding, and my entire face was swollen.

I think that's probably the best thing you can do. "Coming to terms" must have been difficult, and I respect you all the more for it (as I respect your decision to not talk about it).

Vanguard, if you have kidney or liver problems, high on sulfur water will be good for you.

Plus sulphur (also lead) is the element of the Beast, so it´s nice to be close to that.
