Well, I can't be sure about everyone else, but I can guarantee you that I would never downplay and type of disorder, mental of physical. I can safely say that I am not OCD, but I do have my little quirks (Godak? Quirky?! Surely you jest!).

I was saddened by Seagloom's post, I cannot imagine what it's like to suffer from OCD.
The most of us other posters are compelled by varying degrees of OCPD, which, as I previously described, is entirely different.

Didn't see what you originally posted, and let me state in case you thought my post was somehow dissing your shared disability. It wasn't ..nor would I ever do that to someone. My very best friend suffered from lupus..if you know what thats about...those people don't tend to live a long time.
My history is in the medical field, I worked with severely to profoundly mentally challenged individuals..for about five years, til I became unable to perfom my duties (injury) and was transferred to a desk job.
My story about the cliff dive was true, and to this day I still don't know how I managed not to fall on my head instead of my feet. It was a 50/50 chance, as I fell I remember falling end over end.
"Someone" was looking out for me that day.
