Hi all,

After redeeming my Cerberus code and the collectors armor code  wich came in my collectors edition box I found out I couldn't get the collectors armor beacuse that code was linked to my EA account.
Because my gamer tag was linked to a wrong EA account of mine I went to the EA support chat to have it changed to my new EA account.
Everything went great and now I see in my profile my actual gamer tag.

But here comes the fun part, now that the collectors armor is linked to the proper accounts, I can no longer access cerberus in game to actually download it. Inputting the cerberus code results in an error saying the code has been used already ( of course, I used it an hour before ).

So... how do I go about gaining access to cerberus again? because I sure as hell don't feel like paying 1200 microsoft points to get a second code.

Contact EA support chat again, they need to fix it.
