Hi Neoxus299- If you haven't already open a case with customer service and we'll get it sorted out for you no problem. If you ordered the hoody we haven't actually taken any money yet, your card or paypal may have been authorized twice, but we only capture funds for actual order in our system once the item is ready to ship.

I have opened a case, however no answer yet, posted about 7 hours ago, "Case: BW_00475".

Basicly the first time I entered my visa it said there was an error or something, I re-entered it and it worked, however it does not say anything about 2 orders on the "my order" page but my bank says there are two payments pending both the same amount of money,  I'm just worried.

I'm looking at the sizes of the hoodie, i think i should get a large for the 24.5" width, but the 30.5" length looks quite long. Does that 30.5" include the hood, or does it start at the shoulder?

Also, what's on the back?
I'd rather it didn’t say anything, but I might accept BioWare...

One more thing:  What is your returns policy?  Can i exchange it for a different size?

I dont know if this has been mentioned yet, but you guys spelled Vakarian (spelled as Vakaian on the poster) wrong on the ME2 team poster. Poor Garrus is always getting jerked around...

No offense but ROFL.

Maybe if the N7 was embroidered and the stripe was silk screened, I'd be tempted but that silk screening is going to just flake off like all other low quality, mass produced silk screened products.

Couple of items - Measurements - Length is measured from the highpoint on the shoulder closest to the hood down to the waist. Width is measured across the widest part of the chest just under the arms.

Customs Charges - We have no information into whether a package with be accessed customs charges or how much it will be. We've been told that only about 2% of shipments are inspected, but you'll have to check on your end to see if you country is likely to charge a customs fee.

Hoody Blanks & Printing - We use a LA based hoody manufacture who in our humble opinion is the top of the line hoody producer in the country. The blank used is 10 oz, 80/20 Poly/Cotton blend fleece. 100% cotton 32 singles face yarn, which means its soft and great for printing on. The printing is high end silk screening and I can tell you from experience since I own the first N7 hoody produced it holds up in the wash.

Shipping - We're just added a new shipping options to the UK and Canada. It will decrease shipping times to appox 1 week for the first class option and 3 days for the priority option. We will be working to expand this to other countries as well.
