So after a quick scan on the forum i can se a LOT of people have problems here .
My personal problem is this .. where to start ..
The game works perfect .. at high settings in-game i have no problems .. but at cutscenes .. well at the first one (the battle cutscene at the start where the king'sa rmy clashes adn when the king dies) it was just a minor freeze but nothing more .. now
after i get saved by teh witch i need to go to Lothering. Ok so i have to leave ,after i load the game to Lothering u have the Lothering cutscene .. sufice to say i have to skip that or else my game will get texture problems and crash and teh cut sceme is kind of buged it gets frozen then starts mid way and with the initial dialog overlaying the midway dialog so .. i have to disable frame-buffer effects .. so ok i get past the cut scene i fight and kill the badits that are asking a bridge toll i get on to the semicutscene where i have to talk to my comapnions . ok i talk and then i save the game .. well ANY save i made in Lothering can't be loded the game crashes .. i don't understand what is happening the game works fine is not a graphis issus and the only problems are at the cutscens .. and i just can't play in Lothering so i'm stuck ..
i got the game via Steam ..
is any one having my problem or similar problems ?
any info will be most wellcome .. oh and btw can any one use the EA support ??

Ok I HAVE A FIX
so what u have to do is this .. before u go to Lothering .. u have to get all your graphics to low and disable frame-buffer effects .. i got over the cut scene which had a minore delay and freze .. got off the bridge and saved near the campfire .. then i got my settings bach to high .. and the game works .. i just exit to main manu i didn't close the game .. i'll try close the game and losd the save game and see if it works
ok sooo after i quit the game i stared again.. tryed to reload .. the game crashed i went back and hit the settings to low again loaded .. worked .. and yha after i put the VIDEO settings up to default (high) again i can load the game without a crash lol .. noo ideea what this is all about .. it only happens at the start of the game .. after u esit the game ..
hope this helps u guys

For crash at chantry this is what i did !
before u exit the building put graphic and texture detail to low and disable frame-buffer effects ... save just in case .. and just exit .. it should not crash .. after u get out put your default setings back .. done !
