Well i was having too much trouble trying to READ the text on the XBOX 360 version of ME2 so i am now on the PC version. is there a way to transfer my ME1 Saves onto my PC so i can import into ME2? if so i would love to hear anything you guys can do to assist me with this.

I'm afraid not. I'm pretty sure Bioware has said they're incompatible. Uven if they were compatible, it would involve hooking up your XBox 360 drive to a spare SATA port on your motherboard.
You might want to check out http://www.masseffectsaves.com/ Since ME2 allows you to change appearance & class, you could go on one of those sites and simply look for one with the gender/background/choice set you want.
