I honestly hope it'll never be made - I don't think I've ever seen a good game to movie adaptation.
itll be crap when it does come out. have no fears about that.

I've been reading that no one is involved yet and Bioware is still weighing options. I think if the movie does happen that Zack Snyder should be the director. I've liked his movies and the action is always intense
They are making a movie? Why? The game is a movie already.

George Lucas. If he can make a sucessful space movie like star wars, he can make this.

Ya, should be real easy for a director... just video someone playing the game, BOOM instant movie.
Edit: In all honesty though, i believe a good movie could be made, it would just have to not be about the actual game trilogy or shepard. A movie set in the universe about the first contact war just to introduce noobs to the ME universe, or either of the books would be fine.

But I agree w/ the above poster: it's practically a movie already.
No need for one (cool as it would be), unless it deals w/ a character other than Shepard (e.g., Anderson from the novels, etc.)

Just about to say that haha. I would say no, especially after Bloodrayne, but I'd like to see him beat the crap out of those a-hole critics again, that was awesome.

As long as it's more like 'Aliens' than 'Avatar'.
I do stand by my thoughts, tho': if there would be such an undertaking, it should be the people who directed the cinematic scenes/cutscenes for the game.

We're talking about a mature movie, not just something for 4 year olds.

They both suck! Aliens is worse than Avatar. Avatar was kinda bad tho.

Ridley Scott.
There's really no one else capable of making 'dark sci-fi' with an epic scope like Mr Scott.
