I've bought the Digital Deluxe edition of ME 2 from D2D.

I've redeemed the Cerberus Network code...and then tried to redeem the Collector's Edition Bonus code...but DOESN'T WORK!!! IT DOESN'T RECOGNIZE IT!!!

I am very pissed off for this:

What's the use of buying a version with more content if this ****ed up "redeem code" method *robs* you of the DLC you're entitled to???!

I'm having the exact same problem Got my game from gamestop digital download the cerberus code worked but the the rifle and armor code does not.

The funny thing is that I bought it from D2D after taking it TWO times from my local store since they were shipped on CRAPPY DVDs which had corrupted data on that. It seems that it's something has happened to A LOT of people!

Currently I am playing ME1 and it's a great game...but well...it's frankly despicable that EA's so "ass-faced" to sell its sequel on bad quality supports and with all these kinds of issues with that stupid "redeem code" thing!

Dammit!

Let him have it directly! No stupid one-crappy-shot-messed-up-code!!

EA should take a "heavy class-action barrage" for that...one causing them a substantial money loss...may be it'd help teaching them how to treat customers properly!!

I also having this problem. I bought the Digitial Deluxe edition of ME2 from Steam. I try to redeem the "Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Promo Key" and it gives me an error: "Unable to redeem code. Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. "



I've already registered and have redeemed the Cereberus Network code. Any help?

I'm having the same problem with the digital deluxe version from steam as well. My game and cerberus keys both worked fine while registering, but the digital deluxe key does not. I also do not have promo download for the blood dragon armor since I also bought dragon age.

I bought mine from Impulse and am experiencing the same problem as well. Obviously it is an issue with EA since multiple online stores are affected. I'm trying to contact EA Support to get a new key now.

Yeah - Digital Deluxe Edition purchased today on Steam, DDE Promo Code not working over here, either. I've got a nasty-gram into EA's support regarding the issue. Something is definitely not right on the server-side of this and they need to get their stuff together and give us access to the content we paid for.

I'm having the same problem here. Got myself ME2 DDE and can't seem to be able to redeem the promo code for it.

Same as the other thread on the DDE versions. There is a problem with the BioWare Promo Redemption page and the DDE version codes. You can't redeem the codes on that page for some reason. Contact EA's support chat, give them your code, and they will give you a new one once they confirm that yours is unused and valid.

i bought my Digital deluxe edition from the EA store, and My Collector armor and weapon DLC code is Crap. They tell my that it isn't recognized on the redemption page. Is there a solution?!?!

I sent an email to EA support. Told me I would get an answer within 24 hours... have I? No...

As Skyblade012 indicated, I contacted EA Support using their Live Chat and got a new and working code. I can finally start Mass Effect 2 now!

after a lot of cajoling i managed to get the collectors armor (nothing like in the picture) and the rifle (shotgun actually), altough i'm suspicious they might be different items altogether, but no matter how much i complain, i'm not getting the incissor rifle, they claim i have it, but i con't find where to get it.

You're getting Assault Armor and M-22 Eviscerator Shotgun via free DLC pack, o not confuse yourself with Collector's Armor and Asault rifle. I got collector's stuff yesterday with the help of Live Chat support, but still no Incisor Rifle, which I'm hoping to get soon, since I still have ticket opened.

well I just got response from EA Support - they send me new one, but I only got CE Weapon and Armor BUT NO Incisor Rifle from redeeming it
