I updated my question regarding Incisor Rifle and got another key, so now I finally have what I should have

@JC68 - I didn't even realize I was still missing the Incisor Rifle until you pointed out that it is supposed to show up separately. I checked my registered game promotions and indeed it was missing. I just did another live chat and they gave me the code for it so I finally have all of the stuff that I paid for. Thanks for the insight!

Same here: got my rifle after contacting support. Support is helpful and polite, but all these would be unnecessary if only promo codes would be working from beginning. Well, DA:O and ME2 are first titles of the "Ten Dollars Project", so I hope future games will be free from such kind of fuss.

lol I tried EA live chat and it always disconnect me sayin that there is no agent available. I sent a email, then got a reponse to post my code + login + screenshot. It's been 2-3 days without answer.

be sure to use internet exploer when connecting to the live chat for some reason it would not connect on firefox
