Hi - some not-so-quick questions.

Hypothetically, I cast heavy overload. I have +50% power damage from upgrades, +15% from raider and +15% from power armor (sentinel powers).

It deals 200 damage base - how do the percentile damage increases work? is 50 + 15 + 15 a flat +80% (360 damage), or is the stacking multiplicative (and if multiplicative, what kind of formula is used? I assume diminishing returns on every extra +% damage).

If the formula is multiplicative and not additive is the power damage from upgrades counted as a flat 50% or 5 different 10%'s?

Regardless of this, the thing I am really curious about is when the double damage for power strength vs mitigation type comes in (i.e, overload's double damage vs shields).

In the example above, assuming stacking is additive would overload be 200 base damage, 360 damage with mods, x2 (720) damage vs shields? or would using overload vs shields just give an extra 100% (for a total of 560)?

Thanks for the time anyone spends trying to answer this. =)

We have many factors that go into our damage formula, but here is how it works for the simplest case.
All upgrades and other bonuses, like the one from Power Armor, are added together first.
50% + 15% + 15% = +80% damage
Base damage becomes 1.8 * 200 = 360
Resistance bonuses are done last, and Overload gets x2 to shields.
360 * 2 = 720
