I agree completly Garrus rocks have been using him ever since ME1 loved the way they brought him in in ME2 but would love to see Ashley back on the ship...
about liara...i hope she isn't bad in ME3 (upgraded her back in ME1 so she realy rocked the joint) if she is bad can i go back to ME1 and undo her upgrades so she is weaker?

As a favorite character I would say Tali. However, as a favorite teammate I would say Grunt.

It's hard, a lot of the characters are awesome. Garrus, Tali, and Mordin would probably be my top three. Favorite all time would have to be Garrus, plain and simple.

I already made an entire tournament comparing these characters back in March entitled BioWare Madness.  It was pretty popular, but voting has been done for a while.  Tali will win because of her following.  Same quiz same results.  AwesomeAuger made one without Tali that was pretty interesting.  

Good idea I think.  Leaving Tali out ensures a different result since she's already destined to win.
