Hehehe ... comparing an Insanity Vanguard to an Infiltrator, I find my "game logged hours" lower by maybe 10% with a Vanguard. It's great for getting past those annoying "infinite spawn / semi infinite spawn" areas (Tali recruitement, Warden Kuril, etc).
But in terms of real life hours, I'm pretty sure Vanguard takes longer since I hardly die with the Infiltrator, but I have quite a few reloads with the Vanguard. It doesn't help that Charge seems to glitch at odd moments.
Following that logic, playing Vanguard would eat up all my workout time ... so stick with the Infiltrator instead.

Man this is awesome!
It's a win-win situation!
If you suck as Vanguard on Insanity, atleast you'll get a chick-magnet body! Or you'll become better and kick-ass as a Vanguard! Either way, it's win!

Most Mass Effect gamers are so fat they'd probably sweat Crisco if they did these exercises.
