And of course, incendiary powers are very useful, but the screams of the enemies are a bit too realistic.

"Mommy loves you very much" also ranks high on the list.
Lot's of other stuff, but those two are the most disturbing. Excellent job by the developers and VAs.

I agree. That is infact the most disturbing scene. At that point I was really touched.

It's weird how no one realizes that that's Kelly.
what was she doing on that floor anyways? visiting Miranda? or perhaps Garrus?

Sent a chill up my spine.
Ya, I did not expect that whole thing. Freaked me out at first. Very dramatic part of Shepard's story so far.
Others:
Liquified people has to be the top, especially seeing one liquify in front of you and Shepard can't do anything to help.
Kelly's screaming really caught my attention, that whole scene was crazy.
And I had others in mind, but I can't remember them now....

Oh, lord. I forgot about that scene. Hearing Garrus choke on his own blood.... And me going 'Nooo! Don't die!"SavageLycan wrote...

This isn’t really a “scene”, but I got this really creepy message from a Purgatory prisoner who was able to escape because of the riot I caused.
“Thanks for letting me out, Shepard, I’m going to carve your name instead of mine on my next victim…”
I was way disturbed by it. All the more so because there was no quest or anything, just this message that you couldn’t do anything about. And at the end of the message the guy’s like, “Well, gotta go, Shepard, the people who live here are coming home, it’s showtime!”
I thought that message was cool. From that point on I was waiting to find the victim(s) or the guy but never did. Thought he was gonna ambush me or somthing.
I am not too worried. A serial murderer who preys on the weak ambushing a Shepard who can kill Thresher Maws on foot? Not wise.

Definitely "Mommy loves you very much".
Once I got stuck on the fight right after that, listening to that 10x almost made me seppuku. A lot of other scenes are powerful, but nothing feels quite as genuine and convincing as that. The worst part is the lack of visuals, leaving your mind go imagine the gruesome details of a quarian getting torn to shreds by geth assault rifles as she utters her litany and her confession into a small, disconnected laptop.
Also, when you recruit archangel at the beginning, because I had no idea if Bioware was gonna pull a fast one on me, and have him die off like grunts creator.

The whole Joker mission is disturbing as well. You are watching your crew mates die for YOU (joker) They tell you so whilst being smashed by praetorians. Not used to that in computer games.

And when the collector's invade, if you dilly dally when the Praetorian comes up in the lift, it'll catch you. Pretty scary. Also, hang around in an area and a Scion will magically appear out of nowhere and catch you. They look damn freaky up close

As a father; Quarian scientist scene most disturbing. Melting Lilith/Kelly very disturing. Kelly being dragged by face into elevator disturbing. Psychopath email disturbing.

Was about to post that. I'm surprised it stayed with so many people, it was a minor feature.
