Also, as Joker, when you enter Mordin's lab. There's a goddamn Scion just hanging out in the corner, presumably waiting for the door/pipe that it's in to open.

And Garrus's gurgling. Don't ask me how he manages to show so much emotion, but you can just see the panic in his eyes as he tries to breathe.

The recording of the quarian scientist on the Alarei telling her child that she loves him/her (I forget) very much before being killed by the geth.

I must be the only person who thought that was a narm.

Praetorians kinda wierd me out. You look at one and there's all these skulls looking out at you, and the realization that each one of them used to belong to someone.

Actually, the realization that pretty much every Collector-related enemy you fight are made out of people is a little unsettling

It happened to me the first time. Had to do the whole section over.

It's weird how no one realizes that that's Kelly.

I knew it was kelly but I don't get why they went down to engineering instead of the garage

Since we're talking about DISTURBING, I'd have to go with the scene where Mordin is standing over the female Krogan that died being experimented on in order to become fertile.

A lot of what has been mentioned I definitely find creepy and perhaps scary, but this was one of the more disturbing scenes since it was more psychological and very sad.

The liquification of the colonists was disturbing (kelly lived on mine).

Really one of the most disturbing parts for me tho was the woman killed by Morinth. Playing her logs, and reading about how excited she was that someone finally cared about her as a woman, just to know that she was being setup to be killed.

Legions side mission also was a difficult one, your options were to essentially brainwash millions of lifeforms, or kill them all.

Also the Turians who died in the room from the plague.

I brought Legion onto the Flotilla, and talking to admiral Xen was just... unpleasant. She turned her waggle on and sounded like femshep when she talks to Jacob. Legion stopped making eye contact and said "This platform is not presently available for experimentation", or something to that effect, and said all of that with awkward just dripping off his words. It weirded me out. Maybe not disturbing but definetly stranger-hug awkward.

Two disturbing scenes for me: The sound of Garrus drowning in his own blood, and the liquefying scene on the collector base.

For me, I would say the Reaper larva at the end, gigantic machine fighting you is never pleasing, but what disturbed me the most was the SOUNDS it made, it's just... so weird, so intimidating, the guy(s) who made the sounds for it at BioWare needs to win some awards seriously.

the Quarian's log to her child really disturbed me and also the liquification of Lillith/Kelly happening right in front of your eyes

1.The opening scene was disturbing watching my Shepard die and the crew, even though I knew I would come back it still hurt.
2. Taking control of Joker and watching the crew die and Kelly being dragged away
3. The "mommy loves you very much" was awful
4. It made me feel bad when Joker says,"We were your team commander, without you we just fell apart." I never knew my character was so important to my crew...
5. Jack's loyalty mission was disturbing. When I heard her talking about her bed and she says,"Sometimes I dream that I'm back in this bed being tortured. I used to tie the sheets around my wrists and try to rip them off. I want to stop coming back here."
6. Watching Tali's reaction to finding her father's body...
7. When someone in your crew dies in the final battle it's sad and depending how they die it's disturbing.

One of the audio logs on Jacob's loyalty missions.
More specifically, the one that implies sexual abuse of a woman who can't remember the incidents.

Yeah, it's not a scene, just an audio log, but still.

Be strong for daddy, mummy loves you very much.

The Reaperization of the colonist was truly horrifying, and that last message from the Quarian mother had me feeling alittle sick physically - just shows Bioware are good at nailing the little details that twist the blade, so to speak.

True. It did almost sound like it was trying to communicate with you. Creatures made by the Space Cthulhu beings are inherently creepy!

Though I still found the "Mommy loves you very much *Geth pulse rifle fire*" log truly disturbing to the point of mild physical sickeness. Bioware need a prize or something for their details in these areas.

The Human Reaper was extremely creepy for me, the skull with 3, 1 not functioning eyes was the most disturbing.

The millions of pods in the ship creep me out a little.

The liquifier in the collector base, everyone gets creep out by that one.

Morinth trying to brainwash you, didn't work.

Garrus almost dying in Omega, and then seeing his scars.

Wait I don't see a scion... You mean the praetorian in the window? Or is the scion not here yet and you wait for him to appear?

Kelly Chambers dying. I've seen it on youtube. It makes me sad. It is worst than Lilly's death, because you see her melting more. I would never allow Kelly to die.

This.

The garrus choking on blood one got me the worse. Probably because during that scene I had flashbacks of when I saw the real thing once.

Jack's entire loyalty mission was a bit unsettling. Just the fact that kids were being experimented on and made to fight in little competitive arenas is disturbing
