I cannot access one of my dragon age saved files because it says that it has downloaded content that my logging account is not authorized to use. I was playing on it just today with no problem but now I carn't use that charater.

What happen was I learned about the redemtion code for the blood dragon armour with my steam account so I downloaded that, then i bought some bio points to get wardens keep. So they should be authorized with my account.

During my play through I talk with an npc about the stone prisioner quest and click on the download content option; I didn't have enough ponit for it, but it downloaded anyway.

Now on my account downloadable content window (within the games menus) it say I am not authorized to use any of the contect listed above including wardens keep which I have paid for. Now I cannot load my current playthrough, please help!

Likely a problem with the background Dragon Age Content Updater Service not running. See #5 in this FAQ for more details on how to resolve this problem.

This is such BS. I have tried everything here and the only new download that will play is Darkspawn Chronicles. I paid for Leliana and Witchhunt and Golems and have to refresh and then log out and log on again to get them to even appear in Other Campaigns. Then Leliana won't even load (unable to load module) and nothing I can do to try to reload from scratch. If this the level of ease of use, I will not be going anywhere near DragonAge 2! I will wait for Diablo III.

First make sure you are connecting to the Dragon Age Servers, then if you are contact EA, they should be able to troubleshoot your account and see where the problem is.  You have your credit card statements as proof you purchased the DLC if they need them (they shouldn't).

forget about all deleting folders, rename files and account issues

just execute the DRAGON AGE.exe as administrator and the irritating UNAUTHORIZED will be gone !!!
