I know warp ammo deals extra damage to enemies affected by biotic powers (like pull). Does that include charge as well? (since charge is a biotic). Maybe at the initial hit or when he's gone flying?
It would be a nice combo if it did

You can probably test it pretty easily. Just do one charge/shotgun combo without Warp Ammo equipped and take a rough estimate of how much defense/health you took. Then do one with Warp Ammo equipped and see if you do more damage. Then repeat for safety.

If only, lol (what a world that would be!). Rule of thumb is that the target needs to be glowing blue for warp ammo to work, which means only Singularity, Pull, Slam, and Shockwave if you're quick enough. Might work with Reave too.

Doesn't Dominate also create a Warp-sensitive biotic field around the afflicted?
