I am trying to redeem a promo code for ME2 and I cannot log into my old account...I thought it would prompt me to create one when I booted ME2 but it did not.  So I'm assuming I must have created one before.   When I click the "I forgot my password" option on this site and give it my xbox gamertag it tells me instructions have been sent to an alfredstate.edu email address and this is not my email address.  If someone could at least give me an email address for support or something I would greatly appreciate it.
