Mordin's recruitment mission, near the beginning. I believe some characters will respond to Grunt's dialog (I think Zaeed does it as well)

I'll have to try that out. I almost always do Mordins recruitment first.

I believe this is something Grunt says.

It's from Grunt when you talk to him on the Normandy, and the actual quote goes a little bit different. I think he says it after his loyalty mission and Shepard says something like "we did this to calm you down, now you sound more violent than ever" (paragon).

Take Garrus with you to recruit Jack.  It will only happen half the time, since he has to be on a certain side of you (either the left or right; I don't remember).  If you get to that point and he doesn't say it, reload until he's on the other side of you.
