...... is the ammo system!!

Don't get me wrong, i actually really enjoyed it. I felt it gave the combat experience a lot more intensity and loved those few desperate times I had to swap my firearm for an alternative for a while when I ran out of clips.

The dissapointment stems from the explanation of why we now have this "ammo system". To be quite honest I felt let down by Bioware in this instance. With all the in depth backstory and explanations of the technology of ME1 (which is mostly based on sound scientific theories, albeit for the presense and effects of element zero), the developers could have tried a little bit harder to come up with a more clever explanation other that "because thats what the geth used".

Apart from that I thought it was an absolute sheptastic game! I loved the process of building the team and upgrading the Normandy. The different locations, characters, armour, ships all looked and felt great. I didn't miss swearing at the TV trying to drive the Mako over near impossible mountains. Texture popping almost all gone.

Overall it was great, I cant wait for ME3 and finally find out whats going on with those sneaky Reapers / Collectors / Protheans. Ooh and to be able to give the council the finger with both hands and saying "Told ya so!"
