I know that for SOME of the sidequests you get e-mails about and occasionally a news report... but what about all the ones that weren't even mentioned?
  • Pinnacle station?  What happened to my retirement home?
  • The outpost I saved from a rachni attack?
  • The eezo fields I secured for the Alliance by killing that warlord?
  • Where's the advancements in anti-geth tech from letting the Alliance perform experiments on Mrs. Bhatia?
Those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head, but I know there are others.  Will we be seeing these in ME3?  A patch, maybe?  Or will they just never be mentioned ever again?

Pinnacle station was DLC - and did not have a positive reception by fans.

The others are fairly inconsequencial, though you would think SOMETHING came of the Bhatia one.

Bhatia is reflected by an annoucement about lower recruitment due to fears the Alliance can't keep up with Geth tech, and an email from her husband thanking you again.

If you released the body.

I was hoping to see Lt. Marie Durand again. It was kind of cool to go and rescue her and her unit from the rachni.

I was wondering about this mission in particular, because the geth conflict is basically overridden by the Reaper threat in ME2, so I thought there was really no reason for having this mission anyways.

Good to know that my decision to let the Alliance keep the body gave more people the will to join the Alliance, that'll be good for helping my odds against the Reapers, at least.

So in that case, it was probally a better idea to just give the body to Mr.Bhatia? Well I wish I had known that 2 and a half years ago.

Also, you'd think the sidequest where you take out 4 Geth base and one main Geth base would effect the game in some way but so far, there doesn't seem to be anything that even acknowledges it's existence and to bite you in the *** harder, that was one of the longest sidequests in the game and you get no disadvantages or advantages for it.

That one was well recieved I think.  At least I liked it anyways.  I only did Pinnacle station after the first time I got it for the XP when doing a new character and as a way to spend money after I got the spectre guns.

Well if you give the data disk to Tali she will acknowledge this when you meet her on Freedom's Progress. But beyond that I'm not sure if that has any effect on the story. I doubt anything significant changes if you don't give it to her. I bet she doesn't even remember, just like Garrus.
