it really depends on what class you are and how you play, personally i just add the parts that i think look the best together and skip on even looking at the bonuses because my characters are pretty strong. If i was going for bonuses i kind of like the ones that add to health and the ammo reserves for my vanguard to get more shotgun ammo.
