I love Legion. I love forcing Tali to work with Legion really sucks he isn't recruitable earlier.

First, you need to download the Coalesced.ini editor here: http://social.biowar...m/project/1854/

Then, you need to add the following lines under the listed tabs:

(Remove the line breaks inside the TorsoAppearances and HelmetAppearances entries--I had to put them in there so they wouldn't stretch the page way out)

Then, in game, just use the 1 key on the number pad, and select the stuff in Armor. You might have to look for the helmet, because mine shows up in the middle of the list despite being set to 99. The other stuff should show up at the end of each list for Chest, Arms, Legs, Shoulders. The entries for Arms, Shoulders, and Legs are actually empty entries and wont show anything, but this makes it so you wont have weird human arms over the geth arms, etc.

If you want to be able to wander around the Normandy, or any other location that only allows Casual clothing, as Legion, add the following under BIOInput, [SFXGame.SFXGameModeBase]

Bindings=( Name="NumPadTwo", Command="set SFXPawn_Player bUseCasualAppearance false" )

Use 2 on the numpad in game before using 1 to load up the customization menu.

Also, whenever you zone, it will lose the Legion meshes. To fix them, just load up the customization menu with 1 again, change one thing, then change it back (I usually use the armor type and change it to something like Cerberus armor, then change it back). That'll cause the meshes to load properly.
