RE Zanramon: If he indeed shows up in ME3 (and I really think he will since he technically can't die), I think he'll be instrumental in negotiating peace between the quarians and geth. Take him on Tali's loyalty mission and you get a little bit of feel for something like this (and a whole lot of angry quarians hah)

I still need to do a playthrough with him available from the start. Though I love how he takes cover and asks Shepard for help. I don't know why, but it makes me giggle.
