I don't think it'll change him much at all, really. The geth might end up with a bit more knowledge about the Reapers out of the deal, though.Pacifien wrote...
So how do you think the experience of an entire heretic nation combined with the belief not to destroy all organics will affect Legion?

Legion says the Geth will not engage the organics unless the organics make it a point to engage them. He says whenever the Quarians felt like they had an edge against the Geth, they have always attacked. When you integrate the Heretic memories into the Geth, they will see organics actively engaging to attack the Heretics, who they view as being just like any other Geth.
Shepard says being bombarded with such memories could traumatize any other species, but Legion says he honestly doesn't know what it'll do to the Geth. He says they do not have emotions, and yet they have a very personal amount of respect for the land of their Creators. And Legion specifically seems to have a very personal attachment to Shepard....'s armor. So I think trauma is a very real possibility for them.

Though, you do have a point about one thing. I think Legion's behavior shows the emergence of very primitive emotions. As a whole, they are quite infantile in their emotional capacity and that could be a factor in their response to certain things. Plus, I honestly don't think they realize they're starting to have these emotional-esque responses to things. They're evolving and don't really know that they are, at least in that way. It could be interesting to see what happens as a result of this growth.

Of course, my scenario doesn't work between Legion and Shepard. The geth seem to have decided Shepard's words and actions are gold. Or at least, their interest in organics and Shepard in particular is enough to supercede any desire to act contrary to an organic at the moment.
As you go over various dialogue options with Legion about the Heretics, he mentions that it's not just the memories of the Heretics that are preserved, their time with Nazara that is preserved, but also all the advancement they had made outside of their quest to destroy the organics. But any advancements they have made are tied to the advancement Nazara may have given them. The Geth would need to analyze all that data, decide what isn't of use to them in their quest to build their own future. Not only that, but maintain an objective stance on the memories the Heretics are now give them: to understand why the Heretics went on their path of destruction, to understand why the Heretics were spying on the Geth. They have to understand all this, but come to the conclusion that their way of thinking is still better.
I think it's far more likely that even though the Heretics are integrated into the Geth with the new objective to build a future separate from organics, all of the details the Heretics have collected over the years is going to alter the Geth in some way.

However, where I think the Geth crucially diverge from all the other spacefaring civilizations is that they are not closing off all avenues of technology research. For instance, the humans created Jump Zero specifically to research methods of FTL travel before the discovery of the Prothean artifacts on Mars. As soon as they made the discovery, all research on Jump Zero stopped. For all the other civilizations, why bother finding new methods of technology when the Protheans (and thus, Reapers) have provided them with a very good baseline to start? The Geth have looked at this analytically and decided that's stupid (in a nonemotional display of the term) and they're going to do it their own way.
Anyway, I never rewrite the Heretics because 1) forcing your will upon others doesn't seem the way, even if the others were going to do the same to you and 2) just when you're getting to know the true Geth as they are, you throw a big ol' unknown into their mainframe.
