I'm not sure if Legion would try to assign some designation to every squadmate on the ship. The quarians are the Creators, so he assigns Tali such a designation out of some geth concept of respect. Legion calls Shepard "Commander" because that is Shepard's rank. The only others I can see him applying some designation towards is Samara Justicar and Vakarian Officer. Oh, and Williams Operation Chief for sure.

I could see him using their titles if they have any, and then using "Crewman" if they don't (I'm pretty sure several fics I've read have him using that).

So, like Pacifien said:
Samara-Justicar
Vakarian-Officer (or Vakarian-Gunnery Chief)

Also:
Lawson-XO (or Lawson-Operative)
Moreau-Pilot
Crewman Jack
Crewman Grunt
etc..

I've seen the videos, but now I've actually recruited Legion before Tali so he can go with me to Haestrom and the Migrant Fleet. I anticipate much hilarity akin to when you recruited Liara last in ME1.

Took Legion with me to Haestrom and Tali's trial. I love the way Adam Baldwin says "you have a geth right behind you," as if that had somehow escaped Commander Shepard's notice. Tali's trial wasn't much funny as it was interesting. I know the developers had to allow for you to be able to take Legion anywhere as you would your other squadmates, but it just left me with disappointment that everyone would have to be so casual as he walked around. At least add in some background voices going "OH MY GOD, IT'S A ****ING GETH!"

Well, people do complain about him. "Did you hear the captain let a geth onboard? I'm lodging a complaint!" Etc. At least they say something. In FO3, nobody utters a word if you take Fawkes or Charon to the Citadel <_<
