It's a bit random, I think. I've stood around for ten minutes without him ever doing the dance. Then one time I walked into the AI Core and within ten seconds, he was dancing for me.

I just finished Samara's loyalty mission.. that might be the last one. I can probably do the Reaper IFF next, or very soon. I still need to process the screenshots from Samara's loyalty mission.
