    I guess I would go with angry.  The whole reason I blew up the heretic station was because I felt that, as Legion states, all beings have the right to self-determine.  Hacking them and essentially brainwashing them seemed like turning them into just more intellegent husks.  It confused me that it ended up being the renegade choice as the whole leadup to the decision made rewriting seem like the bad choice.  I think it is a contradiciton on the part of the developers.  So, if the Quarians managed to essentially enslave the geth via brainwashing I wouldn't be too thrilled. 
      I like the quarians and all, Tali is a great budy, but it seems like the wrong choice ethically.  It also still leaves the possibility of another revolt and then the whole war thing would just start all over again.  At that point the geth may have no intrest in even trying to negotiate any kind of peace after being duped twice by the Quarians.  It would be highly illogical to trust those who repeatedly betray you.  Another three hundred years later and would they being at all willing to try peace again, who knows. 
      Then again, if they did take controll of the geth and they some how became sentient again it would be more difficult for the Quarians to deal with due to their low numbers, lack of resources, and lack of acclimation to their own homeworld.  But that's just off the top of my head I guess.  I guess organic or inorganic sentient life seems like life enough and so subjegating that life to servitude seems wrong.

What makes you think Legion has a dry sense of humor? Geth do not intentionally cause humor.

Edit: Do you feel like writing a Legion-centric fanfic?
