What companions did you use for final mission? What builds did you use for them, esspeciallly Legion?

I used Garrus and Mordin. Mordin had Heavy Incinerate and Neural Shockwave. Heavy Incinerate is very useful against the Harbingers you fight, as well as the final boss, and Garrus's armor-piercing ammo also works wonders here, and his Concussive Shot was useful against the Harbinger's Barriers. Mordin's Neural Shockwave helped with crowd control when we were getting mobbed by Collectors or Husks.
Now, I can't speak for Legion, but I did use my Combat Drone a few times during my infiltration of the base. Its few seconds of distraction helped me squeeze past collectors to help my squaddie in the tubes a few times. So Legion's Combat Drone would be useful. Also, his special sniper rifle is ungodly, so definitely invest in that.
It behooves you to use squaddies useful against armor, as that is what the final boss has.
