 I for one had the problem where at the last step of adding points, where you go to the paypal site to login and finish the payment, you'd get an error saying something went wrong and you should check you mail the next 30 mins etc. etc. and you don't get the points, and nothing else happens.

I fixed this by entering my country not only in the drop down menu, but also at the not required field named State/Province/Country.

I don't know, just thought I'd share this, seeing some topics on this issue.

Hey mate, i'm having the same issue. I live in Hamburg/Germany and i tried it first with Hamburg, then after rading your topic, changed it to germany. But i'm still getting the same message from the paypal site.



Wich field exactly do you mean and how did you enter the information? The State/Province/Country field is indeed marked required in my paypal account settings so i'm not sure what you mean.

When you're at the "Add BioWare Points" page you first have to select how much you want to add, and how you'd like to pay, if you select PayPal, you'll go to a page where you need to fill in some information and there's this field called "State/Province/County:" which doesn't have a red star next to it, indicating it isn't required?

That's where I also entered my country the second time, and it worked for me that time.
might have just been lucky though...

Whoa now. Congrats, you've found a bug.



That field should indeed be required. Well, actually it should be populated with the country you select originally. This will be addressed.
