Running ME2 on PC.

I have already completed the game once and the only problem I ever had was crashing to desktop the very first time I started planet scanner (problem was never repeated).

On my second play through: on the final platform in the collector base with the psions and abominations, the control panel that I use to activate the platform and move to the reaper's chamber is all the way out in the middle of no where floating in air. I can not reach it to activate it and progress to the final chamber. I have tried reloading some saves and it still experiencing that problem. 

Otherwise, the game runs great.
