So, in the area properties box where you specify the look of the atmosphere and such, I noticed the buffer effects. It seems like you can enter any of the camera effects from the cutscene editor and the options for them will pop up. This is supposed to apply the effect to the entire area, and it does that in the toolset.
While this is fine for things like blur and fade, certain other effects, such as hsvmatrix only display properly in the toolset, failing to appear entirely in game. Is there some way I can have hsvmatrix show up correctly?

Actually, it looks like hsvmatrix is one of the buffer effects used in the fade levels. Why does it work there and not for me?

try to post your level from singleplayer module. maybe that helps

hsvmatrix works by getting it's options from areadata.gda, the options you set in the toolset are only for preview.
