So I loaded my old save file for Dragon Age earlier today, which I hadn't played in a few weeks. When I went to my world map, a new area appeared. It was gold, signifying premium content, so I was very confused. I didn't really have time to play, but it seems to be the starting quest for Return to Ostagar. (It's a foresty area, and it features a noble in an altercation with some guards.)
I definitely didn't buy this. In fact, it's still listed as "available content" on my downloadable content menu. Does anyone have any idea why this should be happening? Let me know. Thanks.
Return to Ostagar ...downloaded itself?

Yes, what was automatically downloaded was the Return to Ostagar equivalent of Levi, the guy who stands in your camp to offer you Warden's Keep. Stone Prisoner, Warden's Keep, and Return to Ostager all have an "offer" piece that unless you turn auto download of all offers off will automatically download so that you can get the inital quest for the DLC in game. Eventually as you play that quest it will get to a point where you need to buy the full RtO DLC to continue, and it will let you purchase it right then.
