I don't think the girls you are talking about even exist in DC... I could take the Metro up to Virginia though to try out your theory....

I find it strange how all of a sudden no one cared about Tali now in the second game with the love interest and how she has more of a storyline everyone is obsessed with her. hehe, she's a good character though.
