Sometimes, after a mission on a planet, the game incorrectly assumes that Shepard has already left the planet and returned (after quite a while), so EDI's information is strange at best. This happens in a number of cases, one of the most notable being the fate of Clan Weyrlock on Tuchanka. If, after that mission, you choose not to leave but to shop around a bit/turn in unfinished quests, EDI will tell you that based on population profiles (!!!) Clan Urdnot has (already?) accepted a number of Clan Weyrlock members. Seems like Wrex/Wreav didn't waste any time while you were driving from the Clan Weyrlock base back to his.

Oh, I have no problem with that. Most comedians do that all the time, so let's not judge EDI too harshly.
