The only possibility that made sense here was Velana being Lanaya's sister. Which is.. Actually possible, considering the overlapping.
It does freak me out quite a bit that Velana looks exactly like one of my PCs did though.(Modded hair = yay.)
Otherwise, this has been.. Really freaking funny. (Oghren clones making up the entire party. I'd rather have that than the elf mage who looks like a mirror image of my PC. Possibly throw Anders in for some amusement factor. Just to have someone to freak out about the Oghren clones taking over.)

But if she could make an elf baby by shapeshifting to an elf, she should also be able to make dragon-babies.
Andraste is one of Flemeths daughters.
Edit: Or at least she adopted Andraste, they have similar manners, and exactly the same hairstyle.

This is also because she's not really a human, either. She's an elder spirit that passes from vessel to vessel after one is spent.
