I've been trying to make my city elf my picture for literally ages.
ages!
i know how to do it, but she's always a red X. no matter how many times i try.
does my icon show up for you? is it just me? any ideas on how to fix this silliness?

sorry, I can't really help...

when she shows in the site she doesn't appear, just the background? because it happened to my dwarf and the solution was uploading again. Usually I login first, then save the character and then upload.

how do you do it?

I can't see the image, but I suggest you insist in trying to upload the char into the server. Try several times. It seems a problem in the transmission between your comp and the website.

i usually save the character then login then upload, but i'll try logging in first. thanks

good luck, I don't know anything else that can be done, sadly, try complaining in that sticky post, maybe some mod can help you...
